During the in-home visit, Occupi Design …
- Identifies exactly what needs to be done to improve your space
- Suggests colors, textures, materials and styles
- Can assist homeowners in moving light furniture*
- Can rearrange and place accents to breathe new life into your home!
Following the visit, Occupi Design…
- Sends you an illustrated Design Plan document restating the recommendations from the in-home visit and lists suggestions for items and stores.
- You can take this Plan and complete the transformation on your own, or call on Occupi Design again as needed.
* The homeowner/client assumes responsibility for any of their own physical activity during or as a result of the visit which is undertaken at their own risk.
For the Design Plan service Occupi Design will walk through your home with you and detail recommendations for your space; this includes:
- A comprehensive assessment of your home’s spaces and décor
- On-site recommendations for improving your space
- Basic rearranging of furniture and accessories*
- A written Design Plan including images and suggestions on stores and items that you can use to guide you through the shopping phase of your interior transformation
You can elect to have Occupi Design return after you receive the written Plan to help you implement the changes for creating your new space. Or if you are a do-it-yourselfer, the Design Plan is a comprehensive service that allows you to participate in the transformation and lead the implementation with an easy to use working document as your guide.
The Design Plan service is wonderful for revitalizing living spaces, bedrooms, baby rooms, home offices, retail spaces and for event and holiday decorating.
